About Us

ESIC Model and Super Speciality Hospital, Kollam, Keralam, is perched on the banks of Ashtamudi backwaters with a scenic background under the gaze of the Sree Krishna Temple,Asramam. The Hospital was established in 1968 by the Kerala government and had bifurcated from the governance of Health services to The Labour Department in the 80s. In 2003,the Hospital was taken over by the Central ESIC designating it as the Model Hospital in the State of Kerala.The Hospital was upgraded incorporating a SuperSpeciality Block in 2007. Eversince, thereafter the 200 bedded hospital has been developing and expanding in tune with the International Quality Standards imparting a comprehensive holistic ,cashless ,hasslefree Medical package to the working force of the country thriving on compassion,innovation ,continual improvement and updating latest technology favouring a graded clinical outcome.
